Part one: Xerkar
Walk into the smoke to proceed.
The portal to Xerkar.
Part two: Demonic Xerkar
After defeating Xerkar, head into the portal.
The portal will lead you to the area that Demonic Xerkar is in. The boss will teleport around regularly and you'll need to run around to find him again.
