**Level Required:** 110, Recommended 130+ with team, or 200+ with 1 shooter and 1 tank.\\
**Prerequisites:** None\\
**Rewards:** 1 Crystal Coin, 100,000 experience\\

  * This quest is started by speaking with An Old Dragonlord in Draconia. 
  * It is possible to get the Blue Crystal **before** talking with An Old Dragonlord.

    FORCED INTO EXILE BY THE VILE DEMONS OF ZATHROTH.. EVEN OUR GREATEST KINGDOM OF DRACONIA LAYS BARON AND
    LITTERED WITH THE REMAINS OF OUR FALLEN KIN. WE MUST ACT AT ONCE IF YOU WISH TO STOP THE SPREAD OF TERROR
    AND SAVE THAT WHICH YOU HOLD DEAR, WILL YOU HELP US TO RESTORE OUR HOMELAND AND BRING DOWN THE MINIONS OF
    ZATHROTH BEFORE THE DARKNESS CONSUMES US ALL?

    RELEASE YOUR INNER FIRE AS A DRAGON DOES..ALAS, THE YEARS HAVE TAKEN QUITE A TOLL. I WILL NEED A 
    POWER CRYSTAL TO REGAIN MY ENERGY..THERE ARE WHISPERS OF A POWERFUL CRYSTAL TRAPPED INSIDE A WIZARD'S
    CHEST SOMEWHERE BEYOND THE MAZE OF LOST SOULS.. LOCATE THIS CRYSTAL AND BRING IT TO ME SO I MAY HARNESS
    ITS ENERGY! the blue crystal.
   

==== Directions ====

  * Be prepared to meet Infernalists, Warlocks, Hellhounds, Hellfire Fighters, Demons and a Hellfire Mage at the end.
  * Start by heading north east of Carlin to get to the Maze of Lost Souls.

  * Behind a tree two levels down is a portal to Demona. 
  * Once in Demona, follow this path.

  * Unordered List ItemPull the lever and head up the tower. 
  * After defeating the Hellfire Mage on the top floor a teleport will appear. 
  * This will bring you to the reward room. Click the chest to receive the blue crystal {{:quests:zathroth:blue_crystal.png}}.

  * After entering the portal you will appear in Ab'dendriel. 
  * This tile is now a shortcut to Draconia. Bring the crystal to An Old Dragonlord.

====== Eliminate Lava Dragons ======

**Prerequisites:** [[the_blue_crystal_demona|The Blue Crystal (Demona)]]

There are two spawns with Lava Dragons. One below An Old Dragonlord in Draconia and another in Fibula. The one in Fibula requires a golden key to enter.

  An Old Dragonlord: GEETINGS MORTAL! HAS OIN SENT YOU? OR HAVE YOU COME TO ASK FOR A MISSION?

  An Old Dragonlord: Did you kill 400 LAVA DRAGONS?
  Player: yes
  An Old Dragonlord: EXCELLENT... YOUR BLOOD IS TRULY THAT OF A DRAGON... MAKE YOUR PREPARATIONS AND ASSEMBLE
    YOUR TEAM.. THIS WILL BE YOUR HARDEST MISSION YET! WE MUST MAKE OUR MOVE! CONSUME THIS CRYSTAL AND YOU WILL
    HAVE THE ENERGY TO PASS THROUGH THE BARRIER! GO INTO THE CAVE BELOW AND DESTROY OUR FORMER BROTHEREN THAT
    HAVE FALLEN TO THE DARKNESS a dragon blood.

Consume the crystal by using it.

  You feel a radiant energy rush through your body.

This will give you access to **[[zathroth|Zathroth]]**.
